Machine Bolts

Machine Bolts are also called crossarm bolts or through bolts. These bolts have rolled threads and one square nut. They usually are six inches or longer and are hot dip galvanized in order to protect the steel. They have square heads and a semi-cone point and come with the square nut assembled. Northern Power has a range of machine bolts that vary in diameter from 1/2 inch all the way to 7/8 inch. Machine Bolts are some of the most common Bolts used in a construction application. They are used for fastening pole line hardware and line construction specialty products to crossarm poles and other structures. They also attach to the wooden crossarms and attach them to the pole.
